A year from now I will be glad I started today

This evening I decided to take a nap but this quote kept going thru my head. So I got up, went to the gym, and walked the treadmill for 40 minutes. I could have gone longer but I have learned that if I push too much my fribromyalgia will flare and then I'm in bed for a couple days. Not good.

So there you have it. I started today, December 29, 2011. We will see where this leads.
