As I was eating breakfast I was thinking about keeping track of my calorie intake. I decided against it. I know, how can I loose weight if I don't know how many calories I am taking in? Easy. I know fruits, veggies, and lean meats are low in calories, and are 'good' calories, so I see no reason to count every single one. If I'm eating healthy then I will for sure be eating less calories then I was eating to maintain my weight so my body should start to lose weight. Get it? I knew you would.
So there you have it. My weight loss journey has just gotten a little, ok a lot, easier.
