I have wanted a compost tumbler for a while, but I refuse to pay a lot of money for one. I found directions for a homemade tumbler on the internet and asked my son, DJ, to make one. Supplies and tools used to make a compost tumbler
32 gallon trash can
Duct tape
Stainless steel mesh (window screen material)
Electric Drill or Hammer and nail
1 1/2 inch wide drill bit
Bungee Cord (optional)
