I lost 5 pounds this week! Yes, I am glad I started last week!
I didn't do any heavy duty weight loss strategies to start. My first goal was to go to the gym at least 40 minutes a day four days a week. I did go three days and the fourth day I went for 30 minutes due to an appointment I had to get to. I did learn that if I go in the morning I eat like crazy during the day so I am better off going in the evening.
My goal for this week will be to start doing crunches and push-ups at least 5 days a week. I will not be able to do alot but something is better than nothing.
Please continue to pray for me.
